I am on the bus from Daejeon to the airport on 1/17/2016 Sunday at 12:21PM with my wife and 3 children. Your phone line is not working today, so I am writing to you. I demand an apology from the driver and an immediate refund for my bus fare. Your bus driver is a disgrace to Korean people and a shame to your company.

As soon as your driver got out of the bus, he started yelling and screaming and talking down to all passengers. Then he stood by the bus door and screamed at us to load our 7 huge luggages without even helping with the luggage compartment door. He continued to scream at us in a very demeaning and rude tone about having to load all luggages while standing in front of the bus door and not moving.

Do you train your bus drivers to provide this kind of experience to the passengers? Are we paying customers or are we a nuisance to your company bus driver? How will foreigners (including us) think of Korea after having an experience such as this? Is he the king of the bus we are riding in and us the servant?
